Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement Photo Release

"WARNING: UNDER NEW JERSEY LAW, AN EQUESTRIAN AREA OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ANiMAL ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ANIMAL ACTIVITIES, PURSUANT TO P. L.1997, C.287 (C.5:15-1 et seq)." The Undersigned assumes the risks inherent in all horse-related activities (N..S.A. 5:15-1 et seq.), including

but not limited to bodily injury, physical harm, and death to the horse, rider, and spectator. In consideration, therefore for the privilege of riding and/or working around horses at New Song Stable with Maria J.

Banco. located at Lane's End Farm, 1140 Barley Sheat Road, Hemington J, the Undersigned does hereby agree to assume the inherent risks of equine animal activities and hold harmless and indemnify and defend Maria J. Banco, New Song Stable LLC, and Lane's End Farm LLC, and further release them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury, death or illness to the Undersigned or to any family member or spectator accompanying the Undersigned on the premises. Further, the Undersigned agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Maria J. Banco. New Song Stable IC and Lane's End Farm LLC from theft, loss, or damage of the Undersigned's personal property.

(parent/adult), assume responsibility for myself/child to ride horseback at New Song Stable LLC. I understand that Maria J. Banco, New Song Stable LLC, Lane's End Farm LLC, nor its employees will be held responsible for accidents to persons, property, or animals, illnesses, injuries, or death connected with my/my child's horseback riding and working around horses. Further, I will not hold Maria J. Banco, New Song Stable LLC, Lane's End Farm LLC or its employees responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property owned by the Undersigned.

I understand that no refunds will be provided for any reason.

I have read and understand this agreement and I grant Maria J. Banco and New Song Stable LLC my permission to use the photographs of myself/ child, from riding lessons, horsemanship programs, camp activities, and parties for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
